    On 06/16/2023 I purchase a S&S Cycle 510G ******* Gear Drive Cam Chest Kit ******************* 1999-2006 P.N. SKU; ******* For the Price Of ******** . When i installed it I had a clicking noise coming from the Engine I didn't have before i contacted S&S and went throw a bunch of checks and replace some part but nothing stop the noise I removed all of the S&S part and reinstalled the old system and the noise is gone .! I bought the system from JP Cycle they can't Warranty it because S&S wont cover the ***************** pump is what was making the noise because I replace all the parts one at a time to find the problem ! I have a Michigan Cert.Technician sense **** I do know what Im doing.

    I purchased an ***** ************** carburetor from J& P Cycles for $ ****** on 8-8 2021 for a motorcycle rebuild . mechanic was working on carb discovered that cab was loose on intake manifold upon further investigation he discovered that the threads pulled from the base of the carb . I made 3 calls to S&S , the first call they refused service and said it was fault of the mechanic , on subsequent calls they did not respond, the calls were made on 8-8 - 22 and on 8- 9 and **** of 22 . The warranty expires on **** -22 so I believe they are running out the clock . part is defective and i have pictures to prove this .

    ************************; the matter will be resolved when I receive replacement carb , upon receipt of said carb I will immediately withdraw complaint . actually a shipping tracking # will will get an even faster response
