    I purchased a suppressor manufactured from this business through a 3rd party. This 3rd party (an online retailer) sent the item without the attachment muzzle device. I am unsure how this happened. Griffin armament righted this wrong at detriment to only themselves. Paying for a new device and shipping the item free of cost. It is rare to see a company with such high standards and regard toward their customers. I would recommend them to do business with.

    Griffin Armament is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in the gun industry. I placed an order on August 16th for a hand guard that cost $196. I received the package on August 22nd only to find they shipped me an empty box. I only received the barrel nut, screws, and a wrench. How? How does a “top tier” company forget the main item? That’s like buying a tv and it only having the remote and power chord in a box. This rifle was supposed to be completed for a class this weekend and now I’m left with a useless pile of metal until I can get another rail in 5-7 days. I have now been ignored by customer service trying to call their useless phone number and having a 24-48 lead time on return emails. Terrible customer service. I’ve always heard good things about Griffin, but I would highly recommend anyone looking into them run the other way and don’t look back. You guys are running a clown show.
