  Our move involved getting things from 3 separate places in *******, ** and moving it all to our new 4-bedroom house in ********. The first 2 of those places were my house and my sister's home, and the third was a storage facility. The last one was easy to handle since it was just boxes that we had already packed. However, my sister and I both had 2-bedroom homes in MI and moving everything from them, first into boxes, and then unboxing it all at our new house was a mammoth task... that United Regions Van Lines handled like it was nothing. A very professional more. 5 stars.

  We hired United Regions Van Lines for our move from ******, ** to ******, ** and we rate their performance 5 stars. It was pretty much everything that we could hope for. It began when we called them for a quote and were attended to by a most polite and patient young lady. She was much nicer than all the other people to whom we spoke from the other companies we contacted. United Regions Van Lines followed that up by giving us what we saw was a very transparent quote compared to the others. It wasn't the cheapest, mind you, but it certainly represents the best value for money. Based on their value and the pleasantness of the lady we spoke to, we hired United Regions Van Lines and they did not let us down. Our move went very well and we have nothing but the best to report about them.

  They picked up are stuff on Jan 13 2023. They told me our stuff would be delivered by Feb 1st . Here it is the 20th and still no delivery. Called multiple times and they keep saying no one is headed to deliver our stuff in our new state . Then they say have have another 30 days to deliver according to DOT. . Theyre extremely rude when you call. I had to buy all new things . Im gonna have to get a lawyer I guess to get my stuff back .

  United Regions Van Lines moved us out of our 3 bedroom house in ******* last week. It was completely smooth sailing with the 3-man moving team handling their business like true professionals. They were quick to get to work as soon as they arrived (on the dot at the scheduled time). We watched as they worked and noticed that they did not laze around or waste time to run down the clock. Overall, we were just very impressed by their professional attitude. Despite all these positive traits, they do not cost an arm and a leg)) I recommend them highly.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I wouldn't even give them a star, but you have too in order to post this. I typically don't take the time to even leave reviews, but I had to with this company. I don't want to get into all the details as I would be here for hours but long story short I oved from ****** **** ** *** *********. They we of course so friendly to get the business and as soon as they did it went downhill from there.
  They quoted me around $3400, and it ended up being $5400. Of course, they charge you once they have all your stuff packed and their reasoning's is that you used more room that was quoted. Ok, fine but the fact that when you call anytime between Lisa, Connor and whomever is in the office which by the way they work out of the same office don't let the phone numbers fool you, they make you feel like you are annoying them. They are so rude and so unprofessional.
  They told me it would take 2 weeks from pickup date to get to me and it took well over a month. So regardless of what they tell you just plan on at least a month. I air tagged my stuff so was able to see where it was at all times, and it never left the east coast until 6 days before it arrived. Why I will have no idea. They could not tell me. And to make it worse they will tell you a day it will be there, so you take the day off to make sure you are there, and they don't show up.
  When they finally showed up which was several hours late, they did not want to unload because they said they were tired and to top it off they stated that if the truck wouldn't fit, I would have to pay $500 to move the stuff to a uhaul. total joke. I ended up paying the guys who showed up an extra $200 just to get my stuff and with me offering them that no longer were they tired and no longer were they questioning if the truck would fit.
  This company is a complete joke and after paying over $5K it wasn't even worth to keep my stuff. Also, some stuff was damaged but won't even get into that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  We were asked to use United Regions Van Lines for the move by my husbands company when he was transferred from ***********, ** to head their new offices in ******, OH. I was initially reluctant because we had movers that we had used before but went along because his company was paying. In contrast to my earlier skepticism, United Regions Van Lines turned out to be very good. They were just as careful when they were handling our things and they were fast, too. I dont know the exact cost of the move so I cant exactly compare but from reading other reviews, it was probably a reasonable price. I would hire them myself next time.

  I could never settle for another moving company now that I know how good a professional moving company can actually be. Maybe United Regions Van Lines is the dark horse for people always in the background with hardly any publicity but performing consistently better than almost all the companies that they have used. That certainly was the case with me! Compared to other movers, I found the United Regions Van Lines team to be more punctual as well as more polite. They were hardworking and eager to work. When they finished the packing, they just confirmed some information with us and started on their way to ********. Very efficient.

  Absolutely the worst moving company in the USA! Continued to demand "hidden fees"; extremely rude and disrespectful; terrible or NO customer support; they contract out the customer household goods "move" to disreputable independent persons of questionable character; failed to maintain schedule or communication with customer; corporate management and staff only want your money...then disavow any subsequent problems that arise from their team; Absolutely untrustworthy and reliable; they pile on additional fees to vulnerable customers; shady, unprofessional, and dishonest.
  My advice: NEVER select this company. Select any other moving company.

  The only time I chose a moving company other than United Regions Van Lines, it turned out to be a complete disaster. On the other hand, every time that I have hired United Regions Van Lines, they have made the move (and my life!) so easy. I never have to worry about whether the movers will arrive on time, or if they will be professional enough to handle the heaviest objects without damaging them (or the house!). Very importantly, there is never an issue about the final cost became United Regions Van Lines is always very transparent and honest about their pricing, I have learned to stick with them!

  They dented my washer and dryer, broke my antique sewing machine, antique dresser and a lot of glasswares. Customer service never answered their phones and when you left a message they wouldn’t call back! I finally got through and they told me the truck was in California and I had 2-14 days before it was in Spokane and the truck driver called and said they were in town and so had to make different plans with storage! I also was quoted one price and it cost much more! Very disappointed and would not recommend this company!
