      Tyler from the Contents division of Paul Davis is amazing! He made the experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was accessible throughout the process and really put our minds as ease with a seamless process when cleaning and inventorying our items after unfortunate water damage. Tyler is the best at his job, and we couldn’t be more grateful for him and his team. We would highly recommend Paul Davis because of the incredible work and support they provide. Thanks, Tyler, and Paul Davis team members! To anyone considering working with Paul Davis, you won’t regret it! They make stressful situations feel completely manageable, organized, and easy.

      Absolutely the best! We just bought a house and had a reoccurring mold problem in the bathroom ceiling. New fan installed and problem persisted. Called Paul Davis and they sent out Blake who was AMAZING. Helpful, kind, understanding and knowledgeable, Blake surveyed the area, took moisture readings and even climbed into a tiny crawlspace to look in our attic. He explained what the problem was, gave us several different options (price was a concern as we paid out of pocket) and gave us time to think it over. Work was done on time, turned out wonderfully a d has even contacted us since project complete to ask how we are doing. Would hate to be in a position to have to call a restoration emergency company again but if we do, no doubt we wouldn’t hesitate to call Blake and the Paul Davis team.

      We are only in the first stage of our clean up after a fire. The crew for the contents removal did a great job. Tyler was great to work with, along with the people packing up our belongings and the moving crew. They were very understanding of the sentimental value of my things and took great care in packing them up and removing them. I hope the rest goes as smoothly as this part.

      Tyler, Reyna, and Tatiana were fantastic with the first stage of our restoration. They were timely, thorough, polite, and empathetic. They explained everything and gave me piece of mind on the project. We had a break in with vandalism and they did a great job cleaning and organizing. I would recommend them (like my insurance agent did) and can’t wait for the property damage team to get started!

      Paul Davis walked out on the job we hired them to do leaving my family in shambles trying to piece back our already messy lives. We suffered a house fire and uave been displaced for 8 months with young children and dogs. Paul Davis was supposed to help us and make this a easy process but instead made it more of a nightmare then imagined. All of the work that was supposedly done was terrible and we are still trying to fix it all out of pocket. They breached the contract and never heard from them since. Paul Davis is absolutely the worst company out there. I will NEVER use or trust them again. RUN FROM PAUL DAVIS!!

      I had the unfortunate task of dealing with Paul Davis Restoration company on behalf of my father who had a fire at his home which resulted in a total loss of his dwellings and all-personal possessions. On several occasions throughout the restoration as the prices kept going up I asked PDR to supply me with invoices and receipts for work that had been done and materials that had been purchased. They failed to provide those to me but kept sending more bills. Several of the employees and representatives of PDR were very confrontational and unprofessional. The contractors that they hired were 2 to 3 times more expensive to do work than contractors I brought in to bid the jobs. They told me to send pictures of the materials that I wanted to have used in the restoration and then they went off on their own and purchased the cheapest things they could find. There are several items missing from the home that PDR representative Anton said that he had saved. Now they have backtracked and said they don't have those contents and they never did and they do not intend to reimburse me for the contents that they lost. Workmanship is shoddy at best. They've had to send contractors back several times to correct and adjust everything from doors to carpeting to materials. Chad, Anton and Marshall have been dragging this restoration out for almost TWO YEARS.. they've purchased and installed the incorrect front screen door more than 4 times! I have several documented correspondence which shows PDR to be negligent and dishonest in their business practices.
