    I am being asked by the ********* ********** of ******* to submit the corporate tax form from 2021. I thought this form was submitted, as I was told by my accountant ********** ********************. He was paid to render this service. Mr. ******************** refuses to respond to both telephone calls and emails to rectify this matter, and has forced me to seek another accountant to rectify the matter.I have been informed by my new accountant that the ********* ********** of ******* never received the 2021 tax form, iterating what I said it in my opening paragraph.Mr. ******************** has placed me in ***** way with the Internal ******* Service (***), on a matter that he has apparently falsified information, and according to the *** never attended to.

    We hired *************************** to do our taxes and paid him $100 in mid-January. We also delivered our tax paperwork to him at that time. He has postponed the date by which he would accomplish this business transaction several times and has failed to respond in the meantime. At this point it has been 2 months, and we wish to cease our business interaction with Aldridge Accounting because they have failed to fulfill the service we paid for in a timely manner. We have communicated that to *** Aldridge, and he refused to return our tax papers. In our most recent communication with him, he stated that he would complete our taxes by Monday, March 13th despite us requesting that he simply return our tax papers as they are not his property. He did not complete our taxes by this delayed date that he provided of his own volition, nor will he allow us to pick up our paperwork. His lack of communication and follow-through has made it clear that he has no intention of fulfilling his obligation to us, and we wish to be out of this business relationship and have our property and the $100 we paid him in advance for work he never completed returned to us.
