I presently go to the Good Feet store in *** ***** Wisconsin although I have been a customer of the Good Feet Store for many years now. The inserts I have relieve my chronic back ache. The sales representatives are always very knowledgeable and helpful and give me good service. I would very highly recommend the Good Feet store to anyone suffering from back pain.**************

Total ripoff, they have you step on a print paper but never pay any attention to it, just grab inserts off the shelf And they charged us $2,500.00 each (I know stupid us)Don't let it happen to youGood Feet Store

I wish I couldve read these reviews before I visited the store recently. The price is way out of line. I was desperate and I end up financing $2100.They do not tell you the until the end. Very sneaky if you asked me.Good Feet Store

I purchased a pair in June 2023 .was in alot of pain at the time thinking it was due to standing and walking on concrete all day.unfortunately was diagnosed to have a hip replacement. 2,500$ is what I spent,thinking it would help.a total scam and hard earned money for a piece of plastic.Good Feet Store

Called this business and ask about how much arch supports would cost. The woman said 590.00 so my husband went in. After the fitting process he was presented with a bill for 1943.90. He should have left but needed them . Looks like a bait and switch scheme.Good Feet Store

Went there two weeks ago. After about 40 min of of talking to sales rep, I was told it would cost me 2500 for their product. What? 25 worth of materials for 2500. Didn't even get rid of my back pain. They said it would take a couple of weeks. For 2500 I expect it to work immediately. Went to ********* and bought a pair of *** ******. 17.00. It worked better!Good Feet Store

I have had the Good Feet arch supports since ****. Use of these supports ensured I didn't need foot surgery. That's still true as of today 11/27/23. Highly recommend them. They are a life saver.Good Feet Store

Went to Good feet store in Brookfield wi, worked with Lucio. Nice sales guy. As he went on selling me the 4 step program, he went over veey fast. I was very so confused and wanted to ask questions, but he kept talking. Then showed me only 2 price point., 4step option and 3 step option. I then asked if I could by just one orthotic, but he said it is "highly" recommended to buy the entire 3 or 4 step option. He didn't give me a chance or offer to show me single price points, so at that point I was feeling very pressured, rushed and full of anxiety and rushed into buying this product even though my mind was like. I can't afford this. Then he showed me the 3 step program with one insert eliminated, but still a hefty price tag Again, I was feeling Like I needed time to think about this by myself instead of having him sit right in front of me to make my decision. It was very uncomfortable. It was a whirlwind, and I ended up buying the step 3 option and now totally regret it. Since first I can't afford it, but felt as he was sitting there I had to say yes, without giving me a chance to really think about if this was the right decision for me. So I called later the same day as I thought about this purchase on my way home and asked if I could bring it back and return for a full refund since products were never taken out of the box, except when Lucio had me try them on in the store. He Said he would call me back on Sat November 18 and work something out. I really hope the good feet store understands the anxiety I'm going through right now and accepts my explanation and fully refunds me. I know when you buy a mattress that you actually sleep on and if you don't like it. You have a 90 to 120 day money back guarantee return. No questions asked. I hope and pray the Good Feet stores helps me the same way, by refunding me in fullGood Feet Store
