I bought them and after wearing them for 4 months, I realized that my feet felt worse. Good Feet uses the same style whether your foot leans to the inside or outside. I also noticed that the heel of the orthotic was too narrow for me. I bought another orthotic at 1/10 the price and although not a cure was much better.

Elderly mother purchased the inserts in the amount 1500.00, they caused her more pain and didn’t work and then went to see an orthopedic surgeon. The dr. Said she shouldn’t use the inserts anymore or even after she is done having surgery. Tried to return inserts as it was only three weeks since we purchased. All sales are final , even if product doesn’t work or dr says not to use. The dr actually said the good feet store is nothing but a scam. How unfortunate she has to pay monthly on care credit for a year for something she can’t use on a fixed income. Bad customer service , also stopped in two days prior to return and sales associate said associate would call in the morning two days later , they didn’t, we had to drive back again to be told all sales are final. No one was in the store either , not busy.

I brought my daughter here to help her with her feet and back pain, hoping for some relief. The manager was very helpful and attentive. I was in extreme pain due to a medical issue and she saw us quickly. Unfortunately, these products didn't help my daughter's feet or back after wearing them for two weeks. We were unable to get a refund or return the products and now I'm stuck with an astronomical price of $2300. Sabrina helped get me set up with Care Credit to offset the cost and she was a great salesperson but we just don't believe the products work. Since she stopped wearing the inserts, my daughter's feet and back pain has been reduced. I'm very disappointed in this product and I understand why they don't want to refund your money.

I lost one of my arch supports and I called Good Feet Store to order a replacement. I was told it would cost $500.00 and they couldn't replace just the one. I have to buy a whole new set. I spent a lot of money for these supports and I don't understand the reasoning behind not selling just one. This is ridiculous and I'm very disappointed, and now I will have to do without because of the cost. Extremely disappointed is all I can say.

Good feet is a SCAM! You are paying $1800 for four pair of over the counter insoles that cost $40 each. Buy some on Amazon and save yourself a lot of money. They claim they can help anything but they have no training in anything but selling the product. They have no real knowledge about feet. They use old fashioned ink and paper step imprints and then do nothing with them. They dont even use newer scanning technology. They prey on people who are so desperate for foot pain relief they will do anything. Completely unethical company.

*********,Were sorry to hear that you were discouraged by the pricing of our arch supports. While other options may seem less expensive initially, many off-the-shelf products are based on short-term comfort rather than a long-term solution. Our customers find that it pays to invest in a quality product with a lifetime limited warranty. We wish you the best in finding a solution for your pain and hope that youll consider Good Feet arch supports again in the future.- All of us at The Good Feet Store

I am 57 years old and have very recently experienced Plantar Fasciitis. I went into Good Feet store thinking of custom fitting arch supports/orthopedic shoes. The salesman quickly began taking an image of my feet and went back into the stockroom for about 15 minutes and came back with pre-manufactured inserts. Salesman fast-talked into a sale by speaking the price at a very fast pace that was hard to understand. I did not accept the initial $2200+ price. Salesman was persistent in applying pressure to make the sale. In the days following the sale, I experienced more pain with the inserts. In fact, my foot condition was aggravated by the inserts. I felt like I paid $1125 for two large stones in my shoes. On Day 3 I went back to the GoodFeet store to return the inserts, and I was met by a younger salesman who immediately said "No refunds. All Sales are final. You signed the receipt." I feel that I got robbed by GoodFeet store. There should always be a return policy. Customer should always be right. I think I should have gotten my inserts from my podiatrist and had health insurance pay for some of the cost. I don't think I will ever wear these expensive plastic inserts again. Let the future customers beware.

Dont waste your money. I spent $2000.00, yes, two thousand dollars, you heard me right for insoles.Don't The ***** store uses high pressure tactics and when promised to take away my pain I was desperate to believe it. They made my feet much worse. The bottom.of my feet were bruised and now hurt FROM the insoles not my plantar faciatis. I went back.for.a."free complementary " adjustment and they were no better. They make.sure to tell you "ALL SALES ARE.FINAL"
