      They will lie say you can return the vehicle then refuse you and threaten putting repossession on your credit history even with in the grace period. Had the car not 2 full days and was misfiring. To the point they told me not to drive it as it is a major concern. Had to reach out to lawyers and the state department of transportation, as the dealer told me I had no rights with buying used from the dealer, which just is not true. I was told the recall on the vehicle was fixed, no documentation on the vehicle was disclosed at time of sale, was told it was 100% serviced and a reliable and trust worthy vehicle.

You purchased a vehicle from Easton Motors, Inc. (Easton), on 5/6/2025. Upon my review it appears that there are some mechanical issues that we are addressing and provided you with a loaned car for the time being. We have been in contact with ******* ***** from the ** DOT regarding this matter and he informed us that you spoke with him. According to Mr. ****** you are comfortable with the situation and believe Easton will completely resolve this matter. The claim with the ** DOT was closed pursuant to your request.Lastly, the ***** period you are referring to does not apply to an used car sold at a dealership in **********Upon review, we found that both Federal and Wisconsin law and best business practices were followed.       If I could leave less than one star I would! Total waste of time!! They made me wait for 45 minutes and then told me I could not even look at a car unless I gave them $400 down payment! I didnt even know if I wanted anything on their lot let alone give them a down payment. Then they offered me $1000.00 for my Jeep patriot that I already KNOW is worth 10x that because its already been checked out and Im selling privately. Hello. Im a female. Im not stupid. Total waste of valuable time!

I have reviewed the account with our sales team and underwriters. It looks as though you applied for a car loan with Easton Motors, Inc., on 4/28/2025 and had conversation with our sales associate. After reviewing the underwriting notes, you qualified for a loan that required a $400.00 down payment as well as a loan with no down payment. We do not charge a down payment to test drive our vehicles. I was unable to locate the fact that you were trading in a vehicle or the amount that was discussed for the trade in, if that conversation took place. You informed the sales associate that you were not in a hurry to buy a different vehicle and neither of the loans were pursued.Upon review, we found that both Federal and Wisconsin law and best business practices were followed.       Iv called Easton motors in ****** WI and they refused to give me the place where I can pick up my stuff out of the car I'm 3 weeks from having a baby and her new car seat my wallet with all my bank cards and everything in the wallet I'm going to have to pay to get back they are being rude and making it near impossible for us to get our vehicle back and now I can't get nothing out the car they transferred my car out of state so I can't even take a taxi I reordered all my cards but now I can't pay my rent till I get It in the make so now I'm in great I'm going to be homeless cause they refuse to give me my stuff

      If I could zero stars I would. I have had this vehicle(2015 dodge journey)for about 7 months, still under warranty and I have had to get it fix 4 time, twice by easton motors ******** and twice by a dodge dealer cause the problems that needed fixing weren't cover under my warranty. This is the most piece of **** I have ever had and I'm my payment are over $600 a month. Will never recommend someone to go there.

      I would not even give it a one star! I’m so disappointed in this place! I got a car 1 year and 8 months ago! And NOTHING but problems! First the electrical issue that took not once but three times coming in for them to figure it out. Let’s not talk about all the **** following that! They had my car for over 4 weeks! Then charged me $250 for a second key fob because they had to “program a second key in” they NEVER gave me a second key but somehow I became responsible to pay for it! They couldn’t fix my car at the Easton motors shop, so it got towed to the ford shop in town. Where they had to re-program the whole brain box of the car. Finally get it back 4 weeks later only for a week in and have to go back for another repair, some sensor! Then in august this month I come in for an oil change and they tell me now, the left CVS axle boot is torn, ok fine I’ll figure it out, since go figure the warranty doesn’t cover it. A WEEK. ONE WEEK after that all of a sudden there’s a clunking from the left side bring it back in and NOW the CVS axle and control arm need to be replaced! I argued it and fought to get the cost added onto my loan, again ONE WEEK after calling multiple times a day finally they agree to it! I bring my car in on 8/18 they begin work 8/19, they call me and say it’s done, I say I’m coming tomorrow 8/20, I arrive at 858a, mind you they had yesterday afternoon to get the paperwork printed and down and wouldn’t you know I’ve sat for 1 hour and 43 minutes WAITING! I’m the most patient person ever and I’m Losing my patience FAST! If I wasn’t about ready to be done with this car last week Ive just about had it today! So disappointing! I had 4 separate cars with ** ******** and NEVER experienced all this ****!! ??

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review.The guest did purchase the vehicle on April 7, 2023 and we do not have any record of needed repairs until August 2024. The *** did need to be replaced and that is why a **** Dealership would need to make that repair. Easton did finance the last repair for the guest which was just under $1000 for the inconvenience on August 20, 2024.We hope that the vehicle is in proper working condition currently. After reviewing the account and discussion with our Service Manager, we feel that best practices were followed in this situation.       I bought a car and 6 weeks later it broke down they told me to take it to any ******** to be fixed in my area, I was sold a car with tons of electrical issues, it sat in my driveway for 3 weeks broken, and now they refuse to pay for the issues, they never did a 5 point inspection like they said they did, this place is the worst place I have ever bought from

      They basically dont care about your situations about payments you can be late once or twice that still dont care as long you paying your money thats all they care about I never heard a company that cant change pay schedules . They staff is rude especially the account managers I wished I read the reviews before buying a car from here

      This business doesnt deserve even 1 star. My niece bought a vehicle not even 1 week later brakes went out. Easton wasnt happy but finally did replace them. The next month power steering went out, had to call a tow truck. Took vehicle to some shop, was in and out of garage with out a call until weeks end just for them to say so much is wrong with vehicle! And of course Easton wont cover much at all. And they said it would be about 500 just to get vehicle to move. Auto shop went and fixed some things on vehicle without nieces ok! They keep ****** her around! For being a newly purchased vehicle and being under a warranty.. such ********!!

      At first they were very friendly and we thought they understood our situation. They got us approved with 100 bucks down. Ok not bad. Our luck changed when. Covid hit our house and out of work for a week. Then we were struggling to make up payments and stay current with my current bills. I won't go homeless over a vehicle ever! They barely wanted to work with us and kept getting threatened with repo. Not even 2 months behind they repo our van with NO notice and NO knick on our door. They towed it with medicine and things we needed for our kids. I called and bitched ready to file a police report for theft of stolen property and the repo company brought back the van for us to get stuff out of it. We owed 800 and wanted us to pay over 3 grand to get it back into financing. We'll a kid was driving it from repo company so I canceled my insurance as I wasn't responsible if they crashed it. Thought it was supposed to be towed. For a buy here pay here company, how are you supposed to catch up when they bully you about payments then expect thousands to get it back? They make it impossible. We will NEVER go there again. Claiming to work with people like us is a ***** ** **** Loan sharks if you ask me. I am talking to an attorney about this just to make sure what they did was legal. Doesn't sound legit and I like to cover by back. Those that are desperate like we were, don't go to Easton Motors. They have me blocked on their ******** page as they don't want people to hear the truth about what can happen. Now I understand if you fall behind most places will work with you to get caught up. Not Easton Motors. Anyone I know that thinks about going to them I am going to make sure they know what they are getting themselves into.
