    Contracted to cut down 6 small trees behind the house & a larger one on the bank.

    Date work was to begin: December 5, 2023
    Deposit: $500 paid via ****** November 28, 2023 to *********************.com (his fiancé)* ** ******* did not have ****** & I don’t use the other cash apps.
    Todays Date: March 20, 2024 , nearly 3 months later, work has not been started

    December 5, extreme weather, pushing the work back
    December 8, on his way, his son is sick, doesn’t have a sitter, no show
    December 8, inquired as to cutting 1 tree for the $500 & call it done. He became very defensive
    December 9 came early afternoon. Could not cut trees as he had no help. Completed a few odd
    jobs I needed done, paid him $265 via ****** ** ************************* December 12, 20, 22, no show. December26, was bringing rock salt, again no show
    December 14, 15, 16 Broken water main can’t get out of his drive
    December 17, 18 , Sister in hospital
    January 4, contact stating weather concerns but will be out soon
    January 20, he has frozen water lines,
    February 6, will be down first of week, asked I pay remainder of $1,150 in cash after work complete
    March 4, good weather, will be here as soon as he completes another job. Last time I heard

    At this point I no longer want to have any more contact with him. He has no money. I know I will never see my $500 again but his business needs to be flagged, F rating, warn others.

    He claimed to have 2 teams of7 employees yet couldn’t find one to help cut a tree. He claims to have business insurance in case of property damage. He does or did have workman’s comp but no liability insurance.

    I put my faith in this young man, he gave me the perfect sob story. I trusted him, felt he deserved a chance. We cancelled 3 doctor waiting on him to arrive, no shows..


    The resolve I desire is to be released from this contract due to his breach of contract.
