    On February 21, 2023, I purchased a headstone for my deceased mother in the amount of $2623.84. Fully paid for up front. They said since the covid pandemic everything was backed up and could possibly take up to two years for it to be completed. I asked to be kept informed throughout the process but have yet to hear from them. Now that it has been over two years i have tried contacting them. Leaving messages with my phone number but have never received a call back. I have stopped by their office location during their posted business hours without anyone ever being there. I spoke to another headstone company and they could have one at the gravesite by summer. I am just unsure of how I can get this resolved with the business avoid me. It's been almost three years since my mother's passing and the family would really love to have something to decorate with flower during sentimental times
