    I booked the Morgantown Elks Lodge in February 2023 for a graduation being held on May 26, 2023. I had spoke with Vicki ******** for hall rental details and cost. She broke down the cost which was $300 for hall rental there was a $200 refundable deposit if the hall was cleaned, garbage taken out and tables put back. The add on of $25 was added for chafer use which were not used day of the party. Add on of $50 to store food in refrigerator was added which was used for party to store 3 pans of salad. Day of party hall was just as we found it all chairs as is as well as all trash taking out, floors swept, and tables wiped. I noticed two weeks after the party I did not receive the refundable deposit. I reached out to Vicki ******** via text message she responded by saying it would be refunded the week of June 19. I checked my account June 27 still no refund so I reached back out Vicki ******** and she said she was not aware it was not refunded and she would reach out to the treasure. As a rental client I upheld my end of the rental hall contract I should not have to hunt down my refund. I just would like to be compensated for $200 which is the refundable deposit stated in the rental contract
