      Was given a completely wrong prescription for my sons glasses. Had to take him BACK to have us eyes examined again and given a NEW prescription…AFTER we had already ordered his lenses and frames that we paid for out of pocket. The main thing is that the dr refused to help and told us, “unfortunately, it was just a bad day for the dr and he didn’t do the prescription correctly!”
      This is a professional facility that deals with MEDICAL issues with the eyes and that was the “excuse” that was presented to us!
      Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. Who else have they said that too?
