  We needed a new roof and they came out fast, that same day we paid the first half of the payment almost 5000$ and we was told to get a permit because it would be cheaper for us to do it then go thru them . After that it was like the salesman disappeared. I would text just to get an update on things and I would get no reply till days later. It took over a month for them to come out and the date kept changing . They finally come out and leave my whole back porch roof untouched but left leftover materials just sitting n my yard. I asked the sales guy if they planned on coming back and asked again about soffit and facia boards… no reply.. then I get an invoice and they charged me for a permit that I already got( had them remove it tho). They were under the impression for some reason that the back roof wasn’t included. Again they said they would be back to fix it and today they didn’t come and it’s supposed to rain the whole next week… found nails n back drive way and yard. It finally was able to get an answer from somebody about the facia and sulfate. They told me I would have to get all new gutters in order for them to do that so I told them forget it just finish my roof. I wish we would’ve went through someone else now we’re gonna have to find someone to put up facia and soffit boards. I’m not paying them another thousands of dollars for a new gutters. I told them I did not want anything more to do with the sales person that we had his name was Hayden. Things should not have to have been this complicated. It should’ve been pretty straightforward from the beginning very poor communication on their part.

  I had my roof inspected on June 14,2025. Jared R was my roof inspector and he was extremely helpful and honest. He did the inspection and told me my roof was in good shape and did not need a new roof. He could have easily told me I need a new roof. I respect him and Ultimate roofing for their honesty and when I need a roof I will definitely call them and will highly recommend them. You just don't find that kind of honesty anymore.thank you,

  I surely regret entering into contract for work with this company. Took two months to complete ths job from the time I gave them a fifty percent deposit. I was lied to about several things but the main lie was that the final amount of money due would be reduced because they used less materials than they estimated would be needed. I remitted the full amount promptlybecause I was simply tired of dealing with this company. Just want folks to beware before signing a contract with them. They also did not send soneone to inspect the work done as stated in the contract.

  I’d leave 0 stars if I could.
  Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the project, they do not show up when they say they will and they promise one thing and do another. The quality of workmanship was unacceptable - messy, careless, and not up to standard.
  After the work was completed, we found nails and cigarette butts scattered across our yard, creating both a safety hazard and a mess we had to address ourselves. Furthermore, when we brought in another company to complete the soffit installation on the patio roof, they identified numerous issues, including unsecured boards and visibly crooked construction.
  Given the significant problems we encountered, we would never recommend this company.

  This job has been completed almost a year now and the customer has not reached out to the office about any issues and paid the final balance with no concerns. We are more than welcome to set an appointment and discuss any concerns the home owner may have.

  Our roof was leaking really bad, called several companies for help. It was going to be weeks before anyone could get to us. Called Ultimate Roofing and they set up the estimate for the same day. They brought tarps and got our roof covered while we waited for the shingles to be delivered. The shingles came in 3 days and the roof was completely done in by day 4. We really appreciate Tony and Jeremy for staying on top of the project! Can't recommend this company enough.

  Ultimate Roofing is the way to go! My roof was leaking and needed to be replaced. Got my estimate within 2 days. Materials were delivered 2 days later and my roof was finished the same day.I will be hiring them again soon to do my siding.

  We hired a local guy to do our roof. After waiting WEEKS for the work to get finished, we started getting water in our home. Tired of dealing with the guy, I called Ultimate Roofing. They came out and saved the day! I highly recommend making them your first call.

  Would recommend Ultimate Roofing to anyone who wants a roof. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and roof was installed in a day. Clean up was amazing.
