    My garbage is supposed to go on Thursday morning, but for some reason even if your bill is paid, they don’t always take your garbage, usually coming up with an excuse, and you have to wait until the next week. The last time they didn’t take it and there was no way to come up with an excuse and it was brought to their attention by my son, they then kept telling him they are only human, and he told them he hates to do this, but if it wasn’t picked up by the end of the day, that he probably will have to turn them in the the better business bureau, they then told him he couldn’t talk to them that way, and told him to immediately give me the phone, and told me they will let their drivers know that it was missed, and got it by the end of the day. When my son went to bring the dumpsters up today Sunday, December 10th, he realized they didn’t pick up the garbage that was supposed to be picked up Thursday, December 7th. I would like you to get them to take my garbage on the days that it supposed to go, especially since the bill is paid clear till January.

    I signed up for Garbage pick up on a weekly basis. They were supposed to empty my trash cans each Wednesday. On Wednesday 7 JUNE 2023, the trash can was not emptied. Todays date is 13 June and the trash still has not been picked up. Many phone calls were made each day of the week since the 7th of June only to get a message to leave a name and phone number and they will return the call. there has been no return calls as of today At no time, have we been able to talk to a person Payment has been made on 3 May 2003 in the Amount of $52.22 for the period MAY/JUL 2023 I am very dissatisfied with this service.
