    I've had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I originally hired them for a plumbing issue and they told me to they do more Heating and Air than plumbing. They said that they could put in a new furnace and heat pump for the half the cost of other companies. It took them almost 2 months to get it completely installed. During this process, I was without heat for 3 weeks. They said they couldn't hook up the heat pump until it was at least 75 degrees outside. So last year I spent $2,200 in propane because the heat pump was not hooked up yet. I told them immediately that after install, i was having issues with the thermostat. It was short cycling every time it got down to 35 degrees. Brian told me that he did not know much about heat pumps and doesn't know what's wrong with the thermostat but he would call his buddy and have him walk him through it. This was back in February and still has not come by to try to fix it. Brian and Chaz are very nice people, but are terrible about communicating and resolving the issue. I have been forced to seek another company for help.
