In February of 2025, Usmagamerch came to the attention of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) following a number of complaints and reviews submitted by consumers involving a lack of communication and transparency regarding orders placed with this business. Consumers have reported not receiving order confirmations or responses to emails, leaving them unsure about the status of their orders. The website appears to use similar images from other businesses selling political merchandise, and BBB was unable to verify the source or legitimacy of the images and business products. Furthermore, BBB discovered the website appears to be registered in Denver, Colorado. In addition, BBB checked the status of the business with the state and found that Usmagamerch is NOT registered with the West Virginia Secretary of State.
As a result, BBB sent correspondence to Usmagamerch requesting the following information:
1.Verification of mailing address, storefront, warehouse, or other physical presence where customers can interact with the business, or is the business primarily online
2.Preferred method of contact (mail, fax, or email)
3.Proof of active licensing in West Virginia and any other states
4.Details of procedures for handling purchases and consumer updates
5.Information on steps taken to resolve consumer issues with orders, delivery delays, and refunds
6.Clarify product sourcing and manufacturing process, specifically addressing the claims of “US-made” items, and how do you ensure transparency in advertising
Additionally, BBB requested any other relevant information that may help consumers better understand the business and its operations.
