    I live in ***** *******. Sales reps for visionary broadband came to my home and visited with me about the service they were providing for rural customers. I was told that it would cost $21. a month, this was in April and now for 2 months I've paid $43.89, and I was told that it was unlimited. I find out that this is not correct. I have 100/20mg. The salespeople misrepresented themselves and the company. I'm paying more than stated and they don't do paper billing so you can't see what's actually charged. I was told that they sent me a quote and emailed it to me and that I opened it on such and such a time on a given date. I have gone over everything in my computer for Visionary and couldn't locate it.Needless to say I will be looking for another company for seniors on limited income. I'm on limited income and have to save money too. I find out that after a year the price will go up to $88. +/mo. which was never mentioned. I went to make the first payment and thought that I had and they never received it, fortunately it never came out of the account.
