June 18,2024-July ****** I brought my car in for it not starting the car and they told me over the phone it was gonna be about a week fix and that became two weeks and they said on the phone it was gonna be $300 fix and they charged me $2000 and they never quoted me on my car the last thing they told me is they fixed the fuel injector and never told me about changing out my starter or any other parts they wanted to add to my vehicle. We worked out a plan to pay it off so I gave them $700 and I plan on paying the rest in two weeks when I get paid again, so for the time being they are holding on yo my car title. Not even a week later my car is stalling out in the middle of the road and I brought it again to them and they wanted to charge me another $500 just to look at it and see if they need to replace a new part

********* brought her vehicle to us complaining of leaking fluids and won't stay running. A hand written repair order was written out with her complaints as well as parts and labor estimate. This was signed prior to vehicle being worked on. She stated the vehicle had been worked on at a previous shop and it was still not fixed.  ******** called and spoke to her numerous times on updates on when parts would arrive and what was being ordered.  Please see attached documents on what was agreed upon and the final invoice.  When she came to pick up the vehicle she was happy the vehicle was fixed, but was unable to pay the fees. She paid $700.00 down and provided the title to make payments at her next pay check, She then came in about a week later with her mother and father who proceeded to curse out our office staff stating that we didn't do any of the billed services. *************************** asked what issues she had and she refused to say anything. Her parents were eventually asked to leave as they were screaming so loud other customers were becoming concerned. She had previously been in and out of other shops and big box part stores who are not ASE certified. Once she left here she again went to ******** who told her it wasn't fixed properly. At the end of the day this vehicle is a 2005 ***** impala with over ******* miles on it and has a lot of issues. This was explained to her prior to us working on the vehicle as there were a lot more issues then what she wanted us to fix. We have pictures of the vehicle prior to our work and after. There was numerous parts not put back where they belong prior to us working on it.
