    Hello, I am in the fight of my life to get back my hard-earned money from scammers who have taken me for over $10,000. My fight to have a 100% Money Back Guarantee honored began Friday, February 7, 2025 at 09:07:43 AM PST It was only in 2024 that I realized I had been scammed by a group of individuals working together. Only today did I find out how ruthless, cut throat and gutless these individuals are when ***** closed my dispute in their favor after these individuals sent fraudulent communication claiming that it was written me. The communications they sent falsely stated that I was happy with everything they had done, all services had been provided to my satisfaction, things looked great and I was looking forward to working with them in the future. My documentation will prove that what these scammers presented to my credit card company is a complete scam lie. ***** is sending me that correspondence. I had sent my document to ***** and it came back to me with a wrong address. I have no book published, no website [*****************], btw this is what they sent to my credit card company. no contract services were filled by this group of nefarious thieves. My total loss is close to $10,000. I paid $2,000 for a website that does not exist. What these heinous individuals committed to provide to me is in my attachment. The nature of my dispute is that I asked these individuals for all my money back per their 100% Money Back Guarantee and the ghosted me and I never heard from them again.I do not have an Author Website. It was never completed. CALIFORNIATHEMES C-************ WY. THIS COMPANY LOST THE ENTIRE WEBSITE IN 2024. MADE ME START FROM SCRATCH. they stopped working on the website, left it incomplete and disappeared. I was shocked that they submitted fraudulent communication stating it was from me to sway my credit card company to close my case in their favor. This is my first time going through something like this. Thank you. The scammers are nefarious!

    Please help me with this RING OF SCAMMERS THAT ARE WORKING TOGETHER WHO TOOK ALL OF MY MONEY AND DELIVERED NO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. I am submitting a second dispute through CaliforniaThemes because I was shocked to find out yesterday (5.21.2025) they were bold enough to send fraudulent email communications to my credit card company to sway the company to close my dispute against them in their favor and the charge for $2,000 is back on my credit card. CaliforniaThemes forged emails they put together using my email address stating the emails were from me saying that I was happy with the work on everything and looking forward to working with them in the future and this is not true. CaliforniaThemes is a nefarious operation and is the only viable address I can find for locating the other scammers they worked with to steal my money (Mike Morven and Brian Wilson). Brian Wilson is the one who asked me for additional money for the website. CaliforniaThemes never finished my website in 2024, mysteriously lost six months of work on the website, made me start from scratch, never completed the website, abandoned it and then disappeared off the face of the planet [venisevinegar.net]. I want to go after ALL of my money that these scammers have taken from me that I paid to Mike Morven and Brian Wilson and whoever is using the email address: [email protected]. My attachment has a nasty email from this email address telling me they never took any money from me and owe me nothing when this is the email address that was used for all communication between us.
