On December 18, 2023, before the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation of the State of California, in the matter of: The Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation, Complainant. v. DIY Home Lending Inc 391 N. Main St Suite E Thayne, WY 83127 and 2750 Camellia Court, Corona, CA 92882, Respondent; CFL license no.: 60dbo-45874 and license 60DBO-115688 entered into two orders summarily revoking its California financing law licenses pursuant to Financial Code Section 22107.


 


The Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation (Complainant) finds that the annual assessment required by Financial Code section 22107 was due October 31, 2023, that the Complainant duly notified the Respondent to pay the overdue assessments on or about November 13, 2023, and that the assessment remains unpaid by the Respondent.
