      Saga continues: DANGER they sell you items and when not as expected they change the meaning of rear of home. I believe rear/back means the back door opposite of front doors of house, they sold us 16" Overhang At Rear of Home and when pointed out to them that this is not what we got they explained the Rear of the home is and End of the home, the end of the home furthest from the truck when hauling and the Front of the home is the End of the home next to the towing truck. BEAWARE this company is BAD NEWS! Stay away if at all possible.

      We sincerely apologize regarding the misunderstanding of
      this specific option selected on your home. The ‘16” overhang on the rear of
      the home’ option is always on the opposite side from where the truck pulls the
      house from. In the modular home industry, the rear of the home is always
      referred to as the opposite side that the home is pulled from.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18344739, and they contacted us and offered to issue a cheque to us in the amount they charged for the item. 

      They still feel they are 100% in the right which we cannot agree with. We are tired of the fight with this builder and have accepted their offer to put an end to this issue.
