    Unfortunately this system doesn't allow for the upload of pictures; Rubydale, otherwise listed as Ruby **** Asphalt Workers, have habitually left discarded materials and equipment in front of my home. For some reason, only in front of mine. Last year in late autumn when working on an intersection, they tossed some of their fencing panels on the median between my house and my car, right in front of my walking path, along with a metal stanchion for a temporary 'Road Closed' sign. They finished their work and just left one of the fencing panels and that stanchion in front of my home, blocking my path to my car. It snowed a moderate amount over night and when I went out to my car the following morning I tripped on the partially buried items and nearly fell face first into the hood of my car. I managed to get my hands out in time and stop my fall. I complained about them to the town public works. Now, just this past week, July 16th - 21st, Ruby **** just repaved the road on my block and once again, targeted my home for some reason to dump a few small piles of dirt and an 18 inch diameter pile of asphalt onto the grass of that same median in front of my home. The asphalt is now stuck to the grass. I'm responsible as per by-law for mowing that median of grass, and this ongoing issue with this company using my property as their storage and dumping grounds is becoming infuriating.
