On March 20, 2023, The *************************************. ("Grizzly Paw") entered into an equipment rental agreement with Mobile Business Express Corp. Upon returning the trailer on October 7, 2023, Grizzly Paw was not informed of any damages until five months later, when MBE issued an invoice for $5,932.50, claiming various damages. Grizzly Paw disputes these charges and contends the trailer was returned in good condition. The disputed charges include:Delivery Fee: MBE overcharged $1,750, while the agreement capped the fee at $750.Freezer Glass: Grizzly Paw denies damaging the freezer and requests photo ***************** Service: MBE charged for cleaning, but Grizzly Paw had already paid for professional cleaning due to an unclean trailer upon *****************: Grizzly Paw asserts any alleged damage to plumbing was normal wear and tear.Vinyl Wrap Removal: MBE charged for wrap removal, but Grizzly Paw returned the trailer in the same condition it was received.Exhaust Fan: Grizzly Paw disputes the charge, noting the exhaust was cleaned upon delivery.Grizzly Paw is seeking the return of $7,250 of their deposit and requests that MBE provide supporting evidence for the claimed damages. We have repeatedly tried to reach out to MBE to settle the manner, but they insist on their unreasonable charges. Until this day (October 7th) not only they ignored our reasons, but neither returned the rest of our deposit.

We have been in buiness for almost 8 years & ordered & purchased a brand new custom built mobile Food trailer from this company February 2023 was when we picked it up in ****** *******.We have had many conversations regarding the build and the ********************* We were told on many occasions "we are the professionals and know what we are doing" I have kept all records of conversations with the owner ******. When discussing weight of the trailer ****** insured me the weight was over ****lbs and it would be built accordingly taking into consideration of fridges, water weight, supplies etc. We are only 9 months into ownership and the axle has bent. When we took to the shop we were informed the axles were not strong enough for the weight of the trailer therefore we had to replace them with heavier axles to support the weight. I contacted the company several times to ask for some compensation into the repair also to let them know for future builds about this Flaw. To know avail no one has responded or called me back. I have spoken to other food truck/trailer owners who went through this same company and they all have similar complaints that once you picked up your unit and signed off any future issues reported they (the company) do not honor their warranty or their word. ****** is a very rude ************* *** with absolutely no customer service experience to talk to clients the way he does. Again I have documents of his language to how he talks to and treats his clients. We would never recommend anyone getting their units built through this company. We have had several interactions with clientele asking where we purchased and we have refused to give this company credit for it and we tell people do NOT get this company to build for you find another company in your own province.

I am rejecting this response because we purchsed the unit in February 2023. Axle bent in November 2023 unit was only 9 months in our possession. Warranty is stated for 1 year. There was NO accident to cause the axles being bent. Mechanics stated it was due to fact the axles were not strong enough for the weight of the unit. We are by far not trying to scam anyone just need company to own up to their warranties and compensate accordingly along with other warranties that they have not owned up to for repairs we have had to do on our unit (reseal roof, replace ceiling vent, rewire unit). This company is publicly denying that we have purchased a new build from them but I have all supporting documents to prove otherwise.

We are not the only business that purchased from MBE that have had issues with getting warranties fulfilled.

    Sincerely,
    ***************** & ***********************
