Will not respond to on any form of communication. Last I heard from him was Dec 12 saying he would have someone finish the work in the next week. Now will not respond. Initially in the summer he did not come back to my house for 9 weeks. Finally responded saying he had a family emergency. Then took second payment which was suppose to include him purchasing my counter tops. Which was discussed I would have my own company do it. He said he would do it. Then he refused. But already had the money. Also he was attempting to charge tax again on each payment. Which I told him cant happen as the total cost included GST therefor you cant charge me GST three more times. He finally agreed I could use the final payment amount still owed to him upon completion towards the countertops and he would give me the remainder by *********. Has not happened. Total- $28,758.08 1st payment (50%) $14,379.40 2nd payment(35%) $10,065.00 Second payment included $5200 towards countertop allowance 3rd payment(15%) $4314.00 - was used personally for my countertops and ****** told me he would pay me the difference. Total - $
