Castle Pointe Home Inspections is owned and operated by Brad Lind. Brad became a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) after spending over a decade in the trades, building homes, and gettingfamiliar with all aspects of the building process. Along with his
construction knowledge, Brad completed his home inspection training
through the highly accredited Carson Dunlop training program and is
currently a member of InterNACHI where he continues to expand his
knowledge to better serve his clients. Additionally, Brad has completed
and is a fully certified Energy Auditor under the NRCan Greener Homes
Grant Program, giving him increased knowledge regarding the “house as a
system” concept, as well as insulating and the air tightness of a home.
