    My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Davis. They provided us with a mechanics report that noted that all systems and components were in good working order. In the 8 months we have owned the vehicle we have had to spend over $5,000 in repairs for major items such as cracked diff bushing, sway bar link, tie rod end, steering cross joint, which should have been repaired by Davis before the vehicle was sold. It is very obvious that they attempt to hide major problems with their used vehicles. We will not deal with them again and we would not recommend this car dealership to anyone.

    ************ Purchased a used 2022 truck in August 2022. I recently ordered a CARFAX for my truck and was surprised to find that Davis had not provided any service records to CARFAX for my truck for 18 months. I contacted *********************, Executive Manager of Davis and was told that "Davis does not provide information to CARFAX" , yet my CARFAX indicates 7 service records for work done at Davis, up to the date of my purchase - then nothing until my February 2024 service at Davis. Why is Davis providing misleading information to CARFAX about my truck. Why would the Executive Manage of Davis, ********************* confirm to me that Davis does not participate in CARFAX when they in clearly do? Why is Davis Chevrolet providing inaccurate information to CARFAX? Based on my experience, I would not recommend that anyone deal with Davis Chevrolet GMC Buick in Airdrie.
