    Astoria... Where to start. If anyone sees this review, this is your warning now to steer clear! Negative Stars if I was able. They will do everything in their power to make your life a living hell and blame all their mistakes and problems on you. Thankfully Plumbers and Restoration workers had our backs MULTIPLE times and prevented Astoria from blaming us for their issues with their plumbing on their side of the building. They took 4 hours to respond to an emergency call to their emergency line while our place was flooding with gray water. We were literally scooping shit water for 4 hours trying to save the place and they harassed us and acted like it was our fault and that we didn't care! Apparently this is a recurring issue with them (in particular ground units). Another issue is they send you improper paperwork for animals and make you jump through all the hoops and you spend $1000s on the animal, shots, licenses, products etc. Then 6 months later they tell you its the wrong paperwork and wont let you sign the proper paperwork and make you get rid of your family member. THEN add a animal deposit fee to the damage deposit even though it was their fault for sending wrong paperwork and I have email proof of not needing an animal deposit from the beginning when we asked about getting the animal. This company needs to be looked into and it will be shocking what is revealed. I have read and heard many horror stories. Run, please run.
