    They didn't reconnect the power to the air compressors. The boost gauge was not reconnected the radio doesn't work as it did previously. They broke the grille and didn't tell me. I am afraid to drive the truck because I don't know what else they forget connect. After spending $4000 on repairs you should not be afraid to drive the vehicle. I want the truck to towed to another shop to have it inspected from end to end and towed back to my property. I want a new grille. All these that at their cost.

    I want to start with saying we apologize for your recent experience with our shop. I want you to know we are 100% on board for bringing you piece of mind and comfort to be able to drive your vehicle.

     

    The truck has a lot of aftermarket add ons that were not a part of our tech procedures. Getting all of those items operational again was going to take more time. We were doing our best to still allow you time to use the canopy for your Halloween project. A project that you did not complete. This too we are sorry for. You picking up the vehicle on the 26th was never supposed to be the end of this repair.

     

    The vehicle is safe to drive. towing is not necessary at all. We absolutely will pick up the vehicle and deliver it to a another shop to be mechanically assessed for safety. We will take care of the mechanical inspection costs and the transferring of the vehicle for you there and back as you wanted.

     

    After your complementary safety inspection is done elsewhere to bring back the trust that we have your safety in mind, we would like to complete the rest of the repairs.

     

    As documented on your invoice notes, yes we did damage your grille, and yes we will cover a new one as stated in the notes as well. I called you last week and left a voicemail on if you would like chrome or black for your brand new grille. Absolutely love your ***** voicemail message by the way, really brought some much needed joy to our super busy & stressful tire season we are having.

     

    We documented your air horns were inoperable, I believe this would be related to your compressors that are not working. As for the boost gauge and the radio these were missed in our documentation but clearly something we want up and running for you.

     

    We also documented your remote start is not working. Not sure if you didnt bring this up in the BBB complaint because it was not working beforehand, or if you just havent notice. This too is something we want to fix for you.

     

    With the magnitude of this cab removal job and the amount of time we had in between waiting for parts and shop time availability, we were at this for well over a month. It can be very hard for a technician to remember every little extra item, but when it comes down to the mechanical functionality of your vehicle, the work done to your engine and securing the cab back on the frame our tech procedures were all followed to the ** Every bolt tightened to the manufacturers specification. After a third party safety assessment I ask you to please let us make this right by you. I don't want this last job, to be the last time I get visits from you(your humor) & your dog *****.

     

    We are on this road together. We want to help you get there, safely & sustainably.
