  Very helpful and accommodating. Took the tine to explain the differences between brands and models and exactly what I am getting for my money, I have never had that level of service before! Also very capable and competent shop staff. Will definitely go there again!

  They were fantastic! They were friendly and down to earth. Providing an education on tires allowing me to make an informed choice. They fit me in quickly and had me back on the ***** in no time. I was in a bit of a bind on the brutally icy QE2. Clean and efficient shop and mobile shop too one of my best experiences buying tires! Thank you to ***** and the team!

  I am so glad that I had decided to use this business over the larger tire stores. They are conscientious, helpful and friendly. Once I explained what I was looking for in a set of tires, they gave me some choices, and took me back into the garage area to view the differences. The mobile service was great and exactly on time. ****** and his helper were ********, accommodating and methodical on their approach. The installation was at 8:00 in the evening, and so I am sure they were fatigued, but still were friendly and provided great customer service. Will definitely use again.

  Had a flat tire and bent rim so I called this company to help me out, they charged me $509 dollars to replace the tire and rim and the technician told me that I had a bent tire rod but that I should be OK to drive on it for about a month or so and that it wasn't a big deal. Needless to say it was a huge deal and the vehicle was undeliverable and I found out after 3 hours of driving. At that point I figured maybe it was just the tires are off balance because only one was changed so I went ahead and replaced all 4 tires. Then that lasted for about 2 hours before realizing something is seriously wrong so I had it taken to a mechanic where I learned that my life was in danger and that the tire rod and the actual frame where the tire hit a meridian on the road had bent and wrecked my suspension. They took a bunch of my tools as collateral and I paid 300 in cash which I have a receipt for. They still have all my tools and sent me a bill for 200 and refused to pay me back my money and tools and take the tire back and basically told me to F myself and get off their property and that they simply change tires and that's it. I highly recommend that you do not hire these people as they're dishonest and highly priced and very unprofessional. The installer knew very well that I had a bent tire rod and never said anything just took my last dollars and tools and off he went. Completely disgusting!

  I detest lying... Here is what Mr. ************ told me when he ordered a tire: He told me that he was having a bad day, he had his phone on his lap, reached down to answer it, and hit the curb on the median. He asked us to supply one tire and rim to replace the ones he ruined. He said he did not have a spare, so he needed at-home, mobile service, on a Saturday. I had to send a truck from Airdrie to pickup his wheel and tire from my distributor in SE Calgary, then do a mobile call at his home in NW Calgary. The tire and wheel worked out to be about $300 for the parts, then we added about $200 for the mileage, and installation. The total trip was approximately 100km, and about 85 minutes of driving time. In reality, we should have charged more, but we were trying to help a guy out - THAT WORKED WELL! Upon arrival, it was determined that the vehicle was in much worse shape than he described - We don't believe he "hit the curb"... we have the opinion that there is a very good chance that this 2008 *** minivan went airborne at some point. The left front wheel was obviously at the wrong angle, and our tech told him that it should be TOWED to his mechanic. Our technician DID NOT tell him he could drive for a month like that. That is a LIE. In his own words, "after 3 hours of driving"... Not smart at all. " At that point I figured maybe it was just the tires are off balance" - Well, the front wheel was about 20 degrees out of line, so if he thought that the problem was a wheel not balanced properly, that should tell you something about Mr. ************ and his ability to think critically. He complains that we took his tools. This is because the bill was $500, he only had $300, and HE SUGGESTED that we could take some of his tools as collateral, and he would pay the rest of the bill that afternoon. So far, he has not paid. I'd rather have the $200 he owes me than his crappy ****** tools. He claims to have taken his vehicle to a "mechanic", but this mechanic let him drive off the lot after inspection with a vehicle that was 100% not roadworthy. This "mechanic" is legally bound to report this unsafe vehicle to be impounded, but didn't. What a joke. He drove his van here to our shop (I don't even know how it made it this far), and told me to give him his money and tools back, and I could have the blown out tire and damaged wheel back. He started getting aggressive. I explained that the tire and rim were in great shape when we installed them, but his garbage vehicle damaged them both. We took pictures and video for evidence and to cover ourselves from *** ************ and his erratic behaviour for insurance. We told him his vehicle was not roadworthy, and he should not be driving it off our lot. He refused. We reported his vehicle to the RCMP as an unsafe vehicle, and that it should be impounded. As far as me telling him to "F himself" - total lie. Another claim... "my life was in danger"... maybe he should not be driving distracted and hitting things, and not engaging in behaviour to give the authorities the reason to force a BREATHALYZER DEVICE to be installed in his car. Mr. ************ need to get his life in order, and not blame others for his bad decisions.

  I needed new tires on my RV. After reading numerous comments from different ******** groups, I have them a call. Scheduling was easily accommodated. Techs were very knowledgeable. Prices very competitive. They came to my home, changed all my tires. Very happy and satisfied with the service from beginning to end. Five stars all the way!!!!
