    I purchased items from the Baadass Dumbbells in August of 2023 and when making the purchase the website didn't mention they were having any supply issues or the products were back ordered. After 2 or 3 weeks of receiving the email that my order was received I sent and email asking about a shipping date for my order which was never responded to. After many unanswered emails I finally called and talked to *****, which is the owner I believe. He stated there were supply issues with his manufacture and that my order would be shipped soon. This went on for some time (months) with me continuing to ask about a shipping date via email but no response. I finally told him to refund me and cancel my order, and shortly after this email in early November 2023, ***** emailed me with a tracking number, though this was only part of my order, which was the dumbbells. I was happy with the product when I received it and was told the rest of my order was on its way. I now felt reassured he would deliver on the rest of the order so I waited.After some time passed I emailed again, with no response, about the remainder of my order. Ive called and talk to ***** many times on the phone which he promises to send the rest of my order out but it hasnt happened. After being told so many times things were going to happen, and they didnt, I dont feel he intends on fulfilling my order, and I have any way to resolve this. This company is in a foreign country which makes this more difficult to resolve. I asked for a refund of the $750 CAD if they could not complete the order, with no response. I couldnt document anything as I cant get any response via email, only conversations over the phone. Please assist.Thank you.
