    ******, the company owner was SCREAMING at me on the phone because I was complaining about the cracks in the brand new stamped concrete he poured as well I specifically told him to make sure the runoff from the rain water drains down to the street and not to my neighbours property. His quote included a curb to direct water to the street in n which the day off the pour he talked me out of which I regret. He still confirmed it would drain to the street not to the neighbours side. Guess what it all drains to my neighbours property of course Im not happy.and now the concrete has big crack completely broken off you can remove a big chunk by hand which hes supposed to fix under his 1 year warrant that he suckered me into believing . I will not call him again as he screams at me says Im acting like a kid and that my project was small and he didnt care and I wasnt helping the cause because I was complaining. Like anyone would do after spending $6000+. I sent him pictures of the cracked concrete which he did not respond to so I called him to discuss the issue and he went off like a lunatic I couldnt believe it caught me off guard for sure. Just want my cracked concrete fixed at this point and I am worried about what the concrete will look like after going through its first Sherwood park Alberta winter. Do I really need to hire another contractor to come fix hes scabby work. Do not use GDL concrete as they just want to get the work done as fast as possible and ****** makes promises he does not keep will not hold up his end of the contract
