    My husband bought me a tractor the first of June and about 6 weeks later the tractor broke down. They came and took it and they have had it since. They have taken it all apart and still can’t find the problem. They keep saying it’s because they have to communicate with Texas and Korea and because of the time difference they are taking awhile to get parts from them and info from them and it’s still not fixed. They haven’t given us a new one in replacement of the one they have now taken all part so that means all seals and parts have been tampered with and all that time of our warranty is used. Whenever we call we are not getting any satisfaction. They gave us a loaner for about 6 weeks and then took it back. We are paying for something we don’t have and we really need it. I had surgery a month ago and I have no way to clean up the snow because my husband works away for two weeks at a time and I am very worried I am going to slip and hurt my surgery which is a cut hip to hip so one fall and I could hemorrhage yeah, and bleed out fast. They still won’t even give us a loaner. All our 140 acres need to be maintained with this tractor and we couldn’t do anything this year. We had to go out and buy things instead of using what we have here because of not having a tractor..
