    This company no-showed on my wedding day. I was stranded with no ride to my wedding and they never even apologized. The driver told me to take a taxi to my wedding in my wedding dress. I did not receive an apology and they never reached out to me to let me know they were not coming. I called them when they were 10 minutes late and was told the car "broke down". They never sent a replacement vehicle. They literally ruined the moment me and my dad had been waiting for for my entire life. They ruined all our dreams about our wedding arrival, departure, and photos. I DO NOT recommend!!!!

    We are so sorry that the above situation occurred. But the events described above are not totally true. Here is what happend that morning, we had planned and organized our Vintage Rolls Royce for Miss Kimberly Willey's wedding on August 12, 2023. Unfortunately, on the day of Wedding our Vintage vehicle broke down and it's still in the shop. Our driver " Rodger Retzer" promptly called me and Miss Willey and informed her the situation. The driver advised Miss Willey to go to her ceremony in a Taxi if she can't and he will come to her ceremony location with an other premium vehicle to complete the tour, photo shoot and etc, and told her that there will be no charge for the whole project and she will be fully refunded and we will bare all cost for her wedding transportation. She refused the replacement vehicle and just screamed at my driver. To which he didn't react as it was very embarrassing situation for us as our equipment had failed and we felt horrible about the whole situation. I was out of town for the day on 12 August, 2023. I rushed back the next morning and wrote an apology letter to Miss Willey and expressed my deep regret and remorse. We refunded the full amount promptly, offered her a free transfer from any part of Alberta to any destination of her choice. This is what exactly happend on August 12, 2023. It was very unfortunate situation for both of us as company and my driver colleagues. This was the first time in 10 years this vehicle broke down and my team & I feel so bad about the whole situation.
