    I had a hot water installed 3 months ago. 2 weeks ago, I thought I smelled gas, so I called Atco to come out and check it. Turns out there was a leak and he says it likely has been leaking since the installation 3 months previous.I repeatedly called Alberta Indoor Comfort to make them aware of the situation. Initially it was to inform them that their technicians should be better trained. Now after 3 unreturned phone calls, it is to have my money refunded.I went with a company that I thought had the best reputation for customer service and professionalism so that I would be safe and it turned out that I was slowly being poisoned in my own home due to shoddy workmanship. The least that they could do would be to call me back, but as of today, no returned phone call after 3 attempts on my end.This is not a company that I would trust again.

    These folks are really great they promise and then over deliver on their service. They followed to make sure their tech was on time, then delivered on price and installation. Would definitely recommend.

    Weve had **** visit our home now on two occasions for service calls, duct cleaning and water tank replacement and he is professional in his work ethic, very pleasant to deal with, leaves the job site clean and tidy and willing to answer any question one may have. I would highly recommend **** for any service calls booked.

    I installed Central Air Conditioning and the copper pipe was installed in a very crapy and lazy manner. The pipe was run through below my ceiling studs and now I am not able to develop my basement. I called the team and I was quoted $2000 for re-installing the pipes. Why should I pay again for your crapy job done by your professionals. Never recommend Alberta Indoor Comfort.

    On March 30l 2023, our furnace, installed by Albert Indoor Comfort in 2019 quit. To complicate matters, we are a senior couple and one of us was sick with COVID. At that time, all COVID requirements in the province had been dropped – there was no quarantine period and no masking was required. However, out of courtesy to AIC, I told them (via Manuel, I believe) about our situation and said that I would mask and they could mask if they chose. The sick person was in a far bedroom with the door closed and would not interact with the service tech in any way. AIC refused to service our furnace. We therefore had to call another company and pay a somewhat hefty service fee. Now here’s the rub: we still have 8 years of guarantee on parts and service for this furnace which Jason of AIC informed me on November 22 is cancelled if another company works on the furnace. So AIC would not service the furnace, would not cover our costs and will cancel our warranty!

    My new water heater was installed with efficiency and no fuss. ***** was pleasant and informative. I have been aware every time someone comes there is a bit of "upselling", another product or service to think about purchasing. Sometimes I agree with buying something else, sometimes not. The aero seal that was suggested to be a good idea ot prevent leaking of heat through the ducts.***********************************

    I gave them my phone number to inquire about servicing a dehumidifier unit back in July 2022. Didn't amount to anything but since receiving my number, they continue to call and text me about their deals even after repeated attempts to telling them to remove me. March 2023, they acknowledged and apologized. 6 months later, I get another text again. Would never hire them based on principles. If you can't get you marketing/advertising in order and stop after repeatedly being asked to stop, I'm not trusting you with anything, let alone the comfort of my home.
