    My complaint is directed at American Airlines (Canada)- there are so many addresses with no clarity on where to direct a complaint and my email chain with the company was futile. My complaint is with the service, or lack of, received on a recent vacation, specifically the loss of (resulting in delayed) baggage in BOTH directions and their subsequent mishandling of the issue. Flights departing ******* to *************** via ****** and ****** on *** **** ****. Flights departing ** ***** ***** ****  and returning *** ***** ** ***** ***** ****. One of 2 checked bags was lost on arrival at ************, and I eventually got it after 7 days. Requiring my having to pay someone to travel, twice, to pick up the baggage. And on return to *******, again, one of 2 checked bags was lost on arrival and subsequently returned 4 days later. My grievance is with their lack of service during the vacation and mishandling after. Flights were booked business/ first class and priority service and handling was expected. My once in a lifetime vacation was severely affected by this failure of delivery. My vacation cost me close to *******.
