    I requested a service call from Crimson Appliance Repair for **** *** ****. I was not happy with the service I received, as I was charged more than I had originally agreed to. The service person was not able to provide me with an itemized receipt, only the receipt print out from the **** machine. I have made multiple requests to Crimson Appliance Repair for an actual receipt, and have not received a response. I may have a further issue with them based on the receipt contents, but for now I am only requesting the receipt itself.

    Hi There,

    We had went out to this customer's house on **** **, there was a switch that was not actuating which was tightened and adjusted by the technician. 

    Customer had agreed to pay for the service, had even tipped the technician, the invoice was then sent to the customer explaining if anything goes wrong that she would have 90 days to contact us. 

    Invoice is attached.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I tipped the service man because I was uncomfortable with the option when I was alone in my condo with a stranger.

    You did not send an invoice until I contacted the BBB and emailed you multiple times.

    In early ***** ****, after completing repairs, a Crimson Appliance Repair technician reinstalled the dishwasher improperly, and today the dishwasher nearly fell out of the casing, with dishes crashing to the floor. He did not secure the dishwasher using the brackets. After investigating further, I also discovered the water connection was installed incorrectly. (He also deeply scratched the floor when he was here, but I didn't complain at the time as I received their punitive Terms & Conditions only AFTER I paid the invoice which led me to think I had no recourse - see attached)

    I didn’t realize the impact of the negligence until 2 weeks ago. I contacted the company and requested a refund for at least the labour (****) that I paid for (******* ***** **********). They told me to call to resolve this them but repeated calls were not returned. I do not want Crimson to return to redo the work as I've already had someone else do so, and they described Crimson's job as ******.

    Our manager **** has been in touch with ***** regarding this installation that we had performed. We have offered to refund some money back to the client because of the damage however she is not willing to work with us.
