    The secratary called ***** to call me to diagnose my fridge which was low on refrigerant. ***** called within half an hour. I described the symtoms in detail and he told me what the issue was. Repair would be too costly on my 20 year old fridge. ***** explained in technical terms why it was not wise to repair.
