    Remediclean was hired January 24 to complete an Asbestos test at *************************************** We were purchasing the property as their first home. We were told we would get verbal results the next day, followed by a written report and an abatement quote the day after. We chose to work with Remediclean because of this, as we had until January 26 to make a decision if we wanted to commit to purchasing the home. Unfortunately, we were forced to make the decision to purchase the home without the results or abatement quote. Remediclean never gave us the results or the quote. We've attempted to contact Remediclean multiple multiple times since, and have been completely ghosted by the company. On February 1st, we emailed them informing them we would like the results and quote by Friday February 3 or to issue a full refund for the testing. After not hearing from them, we emailed them Monday Feb 6 informing them to issue a refund in full to us. No response to anything. Assuming Remediclean Inc. is no longer fulfilling their service, we're looking to get your help with a full refund we can hire someone to have the property tested and remedied of asbestos.
