We had this company out on June ************************************************************ our house. We paid them about **** to remove this mold. At the end the told us it was gone and we did not have to worry about it anymore! After they finished we realized they used our 650 dollar vacuum and ruined it so we had to buy a new one, we let that go though. Forward to Aug 2022 and the mold has come back, i have reached out to the company and the owner and they will not reply back to us at all. It has only been two months so the job was not done right and we now have to pay another company to do it right. We no longer trust them to do this job as we were going to let them come back and finish what we paid for but after they are completely ignoring us and refusing to answer calls or texts i do not trust them to even do the job right if they came back to fix there mistake. This mold is very dangerous and needs to be dealt with asap and they wont honour their work or even have the decency to call me back or even text me.
