    My ****** truck ran into an accident in early October and my claim adjuster from **************** sent me to CARSTAR for repair. For over 2 months, I heard excuses of parts not being available which were ordered through ***************. My truck is fairly new and still under warranty and I was promised a repair. For being an Uber driver, I lost my income for over 2 months but none of the party is taking responsibilities. To add insult to the injury, my claim adjuster is asking me to return the rental car while informing me that "there is no ETA on the requested parts". This situation has caused me immense hardship both mentally and financially. I am demanding 1) a firm date of delivery 2) compensation for my loss of income due to failure to deliver service 3) a rental car UNTILL my car is fixed.

    Hello,

    Our apologies in the length this repair has taken. The vehicle was not drivable and has been sitting at our mechanical shop awaiting parts. Unfortunately, there has been B/O parts with no ETA from ******* As a customer service gesture, we are paying for the rental vehicle to help with the current situation.

    I am rejecting this response because both *************** and ****************** are not able to track the order that Carstar is claiming to have placed  we are all at loss of why they are decieving every one with false information  Toyota has promised me to deliver the parts asap if they had the order because there is no shortage of these minor parts  This business of sheer lies is unacceptable
