    IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, READ TO THE END. THIS COMPANY IS JUST NOT WORTH IT! I saw this business in person just over a year ago, but apparently it changed hands before I used their service. I wish I had just driven away. The reviews are old. I opted for the ************* and they charged me for a 7-seat SUV, when I actually have a 5-seat. Stupidly, I left a good tip, costing well over $200. The entrance has moved, and is not easy to access, especially if disabled. A board covers dirt you have to navigate, and you have to step over the curb. It is filthy outside; items are just dumped. Inside, it smells foul. My car did not smell before it went for detailing, now it honestly stinks and I cant get rid of the smell. I have tried. My car took nearly a week to dry out; it was dripping wet. Not to mention that it wasnt cleaned that well and there are now drip marks on the paintwork. I was called on the morning of my appointment, and someone that was not at all good at talking on the telephone asked me to bring my car in early. They had booked for silver and not gold, and that was an issue even though it wasnt my fault. I left my car a good couple of weeks to see if the smell would go, and then called to talk to them about it. I was told that I had not had my car detailed with them! No apology, no nothing. Only when I said I have the receipt did he eventually say he would call me back, which he did and I was told to bring my car back on a certain day at a certain time. I thought my car would be deodorized, like they advertise, so I emptied my car of everything again. When I got there, there was no knowledge of why I was there. He just stood there for a while then silently went to fetch someone else. The both just stood there. There was no indication that they were prepared to do anything whatsoever. I left very upset that I had wasted yet more time, my car still stinks, and there are drip marks on the paintwork that I dont know what they came from.
