    Im a recent graduate from Interior ********************** and they currently working with Alberta 1 to help students and provide student loans; which is what I did. Note that *** also filed a complaint through ***** but they have yet to reach out about resolutions.I have financed a vehicle through Alberta 1 and the vehicle arrived Aug. 29/24. The vehicle was never insured, registered, and never got inspected because of missing paperworks after arriving here in B.C even up to this point the guy in charge with the vehicle is ***** *******. Was promised $2000 rebate, winter tires, compensation pay, and gas money/card. Never received any of them. I also have text messages for proof.The tonnueu cover that was supposed to come and built into the truck was removed. ***** and the company is very untrustworthy and unreliable. There has been times where Ive tried calling and texting every single day multiple times and no answer about my situation.I also have a witness with all this and all the deals. My witness name is ****** *****. Her phone# **************. She was the one in charge with my school and the one who gives and receives updates from ***** about my situation. Ive even gotten in touch with the school higher *** about my situation and still nothing. This situation has affected my mental health that has caused me depression, stress/anxiety. The school has promised me and other students jobs for after graduating and still nothing to this point.The vehicle situation has also affected my lifestyle and not being able to pick shifts at my old job since the vehicle is not eligible to legally drive on the road for the past 3 months, other than the couple times I was sent a permit to drive it for a little ****** all this waiting and false promises/deals Im asking for an even bigger compensation pay.Also my first time financing and felt very pressured signing the paperworks for the vehicle and the numbers on the paper just werent adding up for me

    I was promised $2000 rebate + $1000 compensation pay and gas card/money $200 as part of the deal +Tonnueu cover for the truck that was already built in but never received any of them. Also asking for a reimbursement for all my payments so far. They have been leeching money off my bank account for a vehicle that I couldnt drive or wasnt even allowed legally to even drive on the road. The vehicle has just been parked on my driveway forever now. $500 bi weekly for the past Id say over three months now is how much theyve been taking off my account. They kept delaying the inspection just up until today. In the end of all this I need everything that was promised and at least a $5000 reimbursement on top of everything else. At the time, I was forced to drive the vehicle to get to school that is uninsured, unregistered, and with no inspection since it was my only transportation and it was about a 35 minute drive. Theyve ignored my phone calls and texts and was not providing any information/ updates about my situation and has caused me depression and so much stress.
