I signed a contract. Physical paper that states monthly payments of 228$ per month. August 2022. And reported it to Quantifi and they said the online contract says bi weekly. But I have the dealership contract and it states 228$ monthly. For 72 months. I been paying 230$ bi weekly since August 2022

    Business Response

    Hello,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

After carefully reviewing the clients claim and the accompanying documents, it appears that the attached file does not correspond to our contract.

According to the signed agreement between the client and us, the lender, the total amount financed was $13,557.00, with a bi-weekly payment arrangement of $230.61 (due every second Tuesday). It seems the file provided by the customer may have originated from the dealership, but without further information, such as signatures or personal information, we cannot confirm its validity.

In order to seek resolution, we recommend the client directly contact the dealership to address any discrepancies, as we are adhering to the terms outlined in the contract signed with us. This entails a bi-weekly payment of $230.61 over a 36-month period.

Please let us know if there are any additional questions or concerns.

    Business Response

    Date: 20/02/2024

    Hello,

As previously indicated, the document submitted by the client for this claim originates from the dealership.

We are the lender, and the contract outlining the client's payments, terms, and interests is the valid agreement for the loan (The documents we provided in our last response is the valid Loan agreement)

Any complaints regarding this matter should be directed to the dealership, as they provided the incorrect contract with the payment arrangements to the client.

Furthermore, it's imperative to note that the client has breached the contract with us by being over 60 days past due, with an outstanding balance exceeding $1200, despite our attempts to collaborate on a payment arrangement.

    Thank you.
