    Forma delivered my car late and damaged, I have given them numerous months to rectify issues (broken console, broken windshield, tire pressure monitoring system, missing badges, dead battery) which originally they told me they would fix as they advertised the vehicle as in immaculate condition needing nothing and now they have stopped responding. They also sold me the vehicle under the premise that it would not require an out of province vehicle inspection which is false. I offered to return the vehicle minus the price of shipping and they would not, this is a business that as soon as the vehicle was paid in full they no longer had any care for customer service or satisfaction and I would like to protect future buyers from the same nightmare Ive dealt with dealing with this business. They have not even sent paperwork for the sale of this vehicle. They just took my money and sent a vehicle in different shape than advertised. I would now like a full refund as this is beyond a just way to treat a customer when I have given them many options and they have done nothing to fix the issues. I have saved all text messages between both sales manager ***** and the person I dealt with the most AJ supporting these facts as well as pictures of how the vehicle was delivered.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They most definitely did not repair any of the issues and Im fact they stopped replying or picking up phone calls about the matter. I want to see records of the proof of repairs done if they so claim. Furthermore I can send picture of the very things that still are not repaired. I still do not have any paper for the sale of the vehicle , nothing to prove its even in my name and because of that its been parked in the same condition it was delivered in(damaged and not as advertised) and I cannot even register it to drive because I have zero paperwork to prove its even mine. Every vehicle Ive purchased and I mean every has come with a portfolio full of paperwork for the sale and a bill of sale. That was supposed to be delivered with the vehicle AND WAS NOT! And I asked many times for that and they told me they would repair the issues they told me they would send paperwork and I would not hear back from them for weeks until I contacted them, and then they just stopped replying or answering calls. I have too many pictures to even load on here as proof of their wrong doings, almost 100 pictures of text evidence from the start of inquiring about the vehicle to sending them all the money up front to them not sending it for over a month to then finally delivering it in a condition that wasnt as advertised to them not replying after requesting them to fix the issues or buy it back minus the price of shipping. So me the proof for why you decided to not go forward with my claim. Thank you

    My car had a valve cover gasket leak and we contacted this business to replace valve cover gasket. *** **** X3. The car had no check engine light and I have been using it for daily commute to work with no problems at all. To be noted we drove the car from our home to this repair centre on a highway about ** Km with no issues at all. We dropped the vehicle at * PM to *****. After leaving the car we were called that air filter is dirty and needs replacement. We declined that. There was no mention of any problem with the car until they had opened the car for repairs. In afternoon, we got a call that PCV valve and solenoids are faulty and gave us a quote of around $**** to fix everything. There was no such fault in the car when we drove the car to repair centre. For replacing valve cover with gasket a quote was given for $****. When we had asked in past for same, we were told around $***. At that time I asked if they don't do repair and we take car as is , we were told they would still charge us quoted amount for repair as they are in middle of repairs. At that point we said they can complete the repair we came for. When we went to pick car we were told that car is not drivable and is stalling. We paid for the repairs and took the car, however it stopped right after *** metres. We thought to give try but car was stalling on the way. Car was not drivable at all. Then we just parked the car as is near business and came home in other car. My complaint is that we gave a perfectly running car to this business. They messed up something during repairs and now car doesnot drive at all. we paid $*** for repairs and now we need to pay about $**** on top of that to make car run again, We also had to pay to get the car towed to our place. When we asked them why it happened we were not given any satisfactory answer. If there was issue it should have been brought forward at start of repairs and not when they were in middle of repairs. We request this business refund our money including towing and give us our car back in running condition in which it was left at their shop.

    Hello, the vehicle did come in with the check engine light on, and the customer requested we replace the valve cover gasket. The customer was advised that sometimes the valve cover itself should be changed due to the *** valve being built into the valve cover, along with the vanos solenoids, which are often done at the same time, and the vehicle had faults for solenoids when pulled into the shop. The client declined all repairs and asked for only the gasket to be replaced. We changed the gasket and advised the customer that the vehicle was not drivable. The customer came and picked up the car and attempted to drive it home after being told it did not run properly and would stall out. The client did not take our advice, and the vehicle stalled on them as a result of the declined repairs not being fixed.
