    I am having issues with this business, noticing they have repeatedly raised the amounts on their quotes, and been purposefully vague in their descriptions in order to pursue additional charges.

    customer towed the truck to our yard in non running condition - initial request was to get the truck running - we got it running and communicated costs the entire way - customer was angry and refuted costs - we conceded and removed costs to try to keep him happy - truck has a major exhaust leak and leaking oil also runs poorly - customer requested a quote to repair - we quoted the repairs but as the job proceeded and major components were removed we were noticing issues that should be brought to customers attention - when we would provide proof and estimates of repairs that we were recommending customer would accuse us of price gouging and claiming he can get parts for half the price from amazon. customer was rude and demanding we repair for less - oil leak diagnostics was requested by customer - oil leak was from under the turbo in the valley of the engine - removing turbo showed the turbo has wear - we brought this to the customer via text video and customer saw evidence that the turbo is worn and refused the repair - while we explicitly told him we cannot confirm the proper performance of the truck without replacing the turbo - customer replied in writing that he did not want the turbo replaced after being informed. exhaust leak diagnostic was approved by customer and an initial quote for the exhaust pipe was provided however upon removal of the pipe it was noted that the entire pipe needs to be replaced and not just a section of the pipe - this increased the price of the estimate that the customer now is refusing to pay. we will not proceed with any repairs until approval for the new estimate is confirmed - truck will not be released until full payment of work performed is paid - text messages of damaged parts with photos were sent to customer - there has been absolutely zero "Vague" correspondence - removing parts gives us a better understanding of what is damaged and what is not.
