    my car incurred damage to what i believe is negligence on the mechanics part, i drove my car there for the work and as a result of repairs done to the car it cant even start now and they want to charge me roughly 3 thousand

    Since my original complaint they have now refused to work on and fix the damage incurred to my vehicle while under their repair. As well as refusing to fix the damage to my car while under their care they would now like me to tow my car away, the same car that i DROVE to their shop and the same car that was OPERATIONAL before bringing to them for repairs. They have blamed the car manufacturer for the fault with the car even though the damage was incurred while under their care and the have accepted to responsibility for the damage that was caused by them.
