    I took my **** Mini ****** S to *****'s on the **h day of Nov. 2023 to get injectors coded & Install proper serial number in *** Module that was replaced . When they attempted to install proper injection code , the mechanic did not know what he was doing & crashed the cars *** . Then had to call in a ***************** to recover the *** as car would not start from the mechanic guessing what to code the injector's .They also said they had initialized the *** Module . I finally got to pick car up on Friday Nov ***h 2023 . They charged me $****** to initialize *** Module , but installed the wrong VIN number causing it not to work , so now I paid them for nothing as they did not get the correct VIN *********** still does not work . Then they also charged me $****** to recover the *** that I just had just got coded & updated on March ** ***************** $****** to get done , that did not require as the Mechanic admitted to messing up the injector coding process . I called them on Wednesday Nov ** asking for a refund , because the did not do anything but destroy my *** & no *** initialization . They said they would get back to me so I gave them a week & got no reply , so this is why I am contacting you folks . A refund is all I request , as when I took my car there is was running , but with them destroying my parts & then charging me $******, I find this all very wrong .

    Dear BBB:

    I received a response from *****'s that they claim another shop installed the injectors & that is ***** . I had installed the injectors the night before in ******* . I had an **pm appointment at the Mini Dealer to get this work done when they informed me they could not do it & advised me to go to *****'s Auto , which I did. I explained my situation & they told me $****** to code injectors & they would call in a specialist to repair *** & install correct VIN number & I agreed . After paying bill I did not get *km away from *****'s & the *** light came back on & could not turn it off. When I got to my friends house I read the codes as the light was still on & the scanner said module not initialized & I paid *****'s the $****** for this work also , but it was never done , so now he won't even mention the *** trouble & it still does not work. He also claims they were the wrong injectors & that also is a false statement . I purchased these injectors from a very outstanding company for a **** Mini ****** S .I am just kindly asking for a refund as the work was not performed & the wrecked my *** I just had replaced on March ** 2023 & charged me $****** when they wiped it clean of memory. The mechanic that work on my car admitted to wrecking the *** because he tried to enter a code for the fuel injectors which was incorrect & that is why they had to repair the *** , again not my fault .

    I would like to submit this documentation that the injectors *****'s said were incorrect for vehicle is actually incorrect. This proves the fuel injectors are for my **** Mini ******.

    Hello *****,

    We are sorry that we werent able to fix your car to your satisfaction, and because our service manager was out for surgery, we were unable to communicate as promptly as we would like to have.
    However, we did the best that we could given that the injectors you had installed at a different shop were not the correct ones for your Mini. While we were able to overcome the failure of your ECU in an attempt to code in the wrong injectors, and send you on your way in a driving vehicle, we do understand that the car wasnt 100%.

    We still advise strongly that you install the correct injectors.
