      We booked a flight five years ago.and understood there is no refund however we waited patiently for are turn to take our flight however Covid became a problem. We stayed patient and waited . Every time we had a booking they canceled on us .five years down the road still waiting. They contacted me and asked if we would ba able to go . I said yes definitely. Now I order to take your flight you have to call the night before and check if the flight is still on.keep in mind if you are going to take the flight you will be required to get up at five am . We started calling at 9pm until midnight my wife set her alarm and got up every hour.boy this going to be one fantastic ride half a sleep.I got up at 4am and took over calling about the update at five am they finally updated the flight it was cancelled once again .this is ridiculous I have had enough and I want a full refund.thank you or there Business license should be taken away. In my opinion this is one bad company. You could not pay me to ever recommend or use there services. Sorry but thank you for looking into this.
