      I had a loan with this bank. I was very disappointed with their information keeping. I missed a payment on the loan. When I contacted them to rectify the situation. The loan they had on file with me didn't have any of my information attached to it. They had a grossly incorrect birthrate, no name to attach me to my loan, and they didn't have my phone number. The only thing they got correct was my address. This resulted in significant challenges to get my information attached to my loan. After hours of waiting on hold and being transferred to different departments they still couldn't get my information on file. I eventually had to leave for work. I gave them my phone number to call me back if they needed more information. When I called the back in the following days to complete the process. I found out that none of my information was attached to the loan file. Then I had to restart the process of getting it on the file again. Hours of wasted time to complete what appeared to be a simple task.
