    I contracted Barbecues Galore to install a fireplace in my basement in the spring of 2021. During a visit to my home, I was informed Barbecues Galore doesnt do the rough framing for the fireplace. Not knowing any suitable contractors, I asked the Barbecues Galore rep for a contractor recommendation. With great accolades he gave me the name *** ***********. He told me *** was an excellent contractor, knowledgeable in all the required building codes for fireplace installation and *** does 95% of the rough ins for Barbeques Galore. He gave me a *** business card. I contracted *** to complete the rough in and also to build and install 2 built-in cabinets, one on each side of the fireplace. The rough in was completed and the fireplace was installed in the fall of 2021. I paid Barbecues Galore in full. As of March 31, 2024 the cabinets are not installed. I talked to the Barbecues Galore rep several times over 2 years looking for help in resolving this problem. Barbecues Galore had no concern for my problem. *** has continued to work with Barbecues Galore. *** renovated Barbecues Galore South store in the summer of 2023. I SUGGEST IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FIREPLACE INSTALLATION AND AFTER PURCHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE ARE OTHER CONTRATORS IN *******.
